I received my new hull today (replacement under warranty) but the back pedal support appears to be too tight for my Mirage drives. The gap on the front pedal support is 120mm and it fits fine. The gap on the rear is 117mm and there is no way to get the drive inserted. I loosened the 4 hex head screws to see if there was any room to adjust or widen the gap but the best I can get is 117mm. 
Please let me know what can i can do. |

have you tried both drives in the rear spot? if neither fit have your dealer contact the factory or Frank the area rep. They will make it right! |

Both mirage drives fit fine in the front neither fit in the rear. |

I have a new 09 Oasis, and putting the rear Mirage drive in is a real bear. The front clicks right in place. I am disappointed with how hard it is to insert the rear mirage drive, it requires much more effort to get it to click in place. Maybe you and I have similar issues? |

Check your drum shaft. See Matt's post & pic about the new drum shaft. http://www.hobiecat.com/community/viewtopic.php?t=11136 The new shaft has squared ends, so maybe it is a fraction shorter. If so just replace drum shaft w/ new splined n' squared end version. PS - I guess one could grind down the rounded ends on the original drum shaft to shorten it a little, but it would not have the improved "splines" to eliminate any possibility of drum shaft twisting/walking out of place |

Thanks to everyone that helped me get through this problem and allowed me to go yaking this weekend! With a little help and advice from Matt and Rich @ Hobie I was able to mill out the holes on the Click and Go mounts by 0.050†|
