I started by welding a 1"x24" SS tube to two 3/4x6" SS tubes, maintaining the same spacing as my sidekick holes. ![]() ![]() After welding the arms out of 3/4 tube, I filled them with foam to help them float. ![]() Why dually wheels? well, it just seemed like a good idea at the time, and there were a few complaints about the balloon tires. I use the same pushbuttons as on the sidekick arms except I use SS buttons. ![]() Although I can just rotate the arms 90 degrees I prefer to slide them in my revo's front hatch. ![]() ![]() OK, works pretty good sitting on the stand in my shop. It's time to take it to the lake. ![]() Here's a couple pics of my boat hauler. My old 49' Ford. ![]() ![]() Back from the lake. They worked great, easy to use, easy to store and they float. Although they do better in sand than singles, balloon tires would be better. ![]() |
