Post subject: | Hobie Decals |
I just bought our fourth Hobie today, another Outback SUV. Actually, if I count the ones for my two sons who are grown and on their own that makes six. I've bought two Outbacks, two Revolutions, a Sport, and the first boat was a Lanai. I'll probably buy a couple more Sports to have on hand for friends who visit us. I bet my better half sells more Hobies out on the water than the two nearest dealers do. The dealers both give her their business cards to hand out because she is such an advocate for them. Now she wants me to put a large Hobie sticker on the back tailgate of our forty foot fifth wheel toy hauler. When we drop the gate people are waiting to see what kind of motorcycle we will unload and they get a big surprise when they see all the bright blue Hobies. We love them. So I need to find a nice large Hobie sticker to put back there so when we're going down the road people will know how proud we are of them. Does Hobie offer larger decals? Thanks |

funnily enough, i was thinking if anyone has actually done paint job on their kayak, adding decals, racing flames, kool logo's/designs, etc. Similar to RC Planes having a design paint job on the wings ![]() Has anyone customized their kayak in this way or is it simply not advisable?? |

My suggestion. Sell all 6 and buy a Adventure. Put it on the roof and all can see the Hobie Sticker on the side. Change you name to "Steamedcrabs". ![]() ![]() |

I want the decal for the rear door / ramp for my toyhauler. I'm ok with the decals on my Hobies. I'll have to check out the link Matt sent. Hey, I think the crabs you're talking about are a little different than the ones we have down here in Louisiana. I don't think I would eat these steamed. And the Adventure looks interesting but I carry a lot of photography gear in my Outback. I like the stability of it. And I'm not in a hurry to get anywhere in it. |
