Hello,

A friend of mine bought a Révolution in Belgium and has a Hull crack ( wellknown ).

He lives in France. Can he go to french dealer Savagers or will he have to go to Belgium to get the hull replacement?

Thanks

He should contact the distributor or dealer to get it moving. They make all decisions on European warranty.

First, contact the dealer from who he purchased the boat to file a warranty claim.

He may also contact Hobie Kayak Europe directly ( www.hobie-kayaks.com )

They may decide to ship a replacement hull to Savagers if this is the simple solution.
