I have recently purchased a Kona & in the information pack from memory it says to remove the plug when storing the kayak to allow for expansion & contraction with hot & cold temps The Kona doesn't have a drain plug (that i can see) so i am wondering if i should leave a hatch open slightly to do the same thing Any thoughts would be appreciated Regards Don |

The Kona's drain is in the nose / bow. |
