Hobie lists no replacement pedals for Mirage Classic drive. Any suggestions? I have a pedal that appears to have a badly corroded shaft and it binds heavily despite penetrating oil, heat & the usual fixes. Thanks! |

The current pedal assembly is compatible with all drives. We do not have just the pedal for the older solid shaft cranks, but you can use bike pedals or ones used on exercise machines. They were standard threads (left/right) as used on bike pedals. Some people have found beach cruiser pedals that work. Simple to just change to the current assembly though. This is a pedal and crank shaft assembled.. |

Matt, So the pedal assembly available for current drives will work on my 1st generation Mirage Classic? Do I understand that correctly? If so, that's exactly what I'll get. Rick |
