any suggestion/recommendation/advice?
big crack in one of the holes where the wheels' poles go.

Contact your dealer. Supply them with photos if you can't get to the dealership. Cracks like this can be caused by improper cart use, but also from thin material coverage.

If it's not covered by warranty, you should be able to sleeve it from the inside of the boat (through a hatch opening) using 3M Scotchweld DP 8010 or Loctite 3030 -- both very strong and excellent bonders with Polyethylene. If all else fails you can plug it, seal it and go to a different style of cart. 8)

I have not seen this product before but it looks very promising for us. TARTAN23455 in another thread stated once it is applied properly it will not come off.
