A while back I posted a how-to post pics using Imageshack: viewtopic.php?f=11&t=9237&p=47454 Imageshack has changed it's GUI so here is a quick update. Remember- YOU DON"T HAVE TO REGISTER OR PROVIDE YOUR EMAIL! Step 1 Got to http://www.imageshack.com ![]() Step 2 ![]() Step3 ![]() Step4 ![]() Step5 ![]() It is important to have your pics resized before you upload them. You don't really want pics to be any bigger than 800 x 600. I resize mine before uploading to save data use. As Roadrunner pointed out Imageshack does have a resize feature if you need it. |

Thanks stringy -- great information and well illustrated as always! I've also been using a new site lately called TinyPic. Seems to be simple to operate and processes the pictures quickly. You might try it and see what you think. ![]() |

Thanks for that Roadrunner! You're right. TinyPic is simpler to operate and faster. I've been using Imageshack since you first recommended it but it has been getting slower and clunkier. Posting pics still seems to cause problems for forum members, judging by the posts asking for help that keep repeating. A simpler process is just what's needed. Great info once again! Thanks ![]() |

I find that if I haven't done it for a while (months maybe), I forget some of the finer points. I for one appreciate these "how to" posts from time to time - helps jog the grey matter ![]() |
