What type of plastic is the Revolution made of? Will Polyurethane construction adhesive hold on it? In order to eliminate "skeg rash" I made a stainless steel cover for the skeg. I could attach it with bolts but I'd rather not drill in the bottom below the waterline, if I don't have to. |

The kayaks are molded from Polyethylene. There has been discussion in these forums about adhesives. I believe roadrunner discovered that a 3M Scotch Weld DP 8010 was quite good. |

If the boat were to crack due to drilling and using bolts? That would not be covered by warranty. Would not effect any other issue that might come up. |
