I have a chance to purchase a used Adventure kayak. The guy selling it thinks it's a 2008 model. I'll check the number on the back when I go to look at it. I know that Hobie made some changes (improvements such as composite sprockets, threaded mast, etc.) to the Mirage drive in the past few years but I can't remember when the different changes were made. Can anybody tell me what changes were in place for the 2008 models? Thanks, Chad |

Looks like we strarted using "V2" masts and sprockets in mid 2008, so 2009 model year. |
