OK all you engineers out there, I need some help. I use my Adventure mainly for exercise. I do a LOT of miles. But during the winter, often it's too cold or windy to get a good workout on the water. Sooo.... I was thinking of a way to make some sort of water filled device to set kayak on and use miragedrive. Originally thought of welding two very large oblong steel tubs together, cutting out the adjoining side wall so the drive would push water to the back and it would be forced around to the sides and recirculate from front. Drives don't work well in non-moving water.
Any ideas on a design for this? Or better yet, has anyone besides me thought of doing something so stupid
