What should be the starting positioning of fin so that it can be fine-tuned later? Should both fins be adjusted the same? |

Mr. Miller, good info but not what I was trying to get. I don't need help in adjusting the cables, the area I was trying to identify was adjustment of outhaul block on the back edge of fins and should the fins be equal in this adjustment. |

That is included in the data by roadrunner. Basics?... set half way between loose and fully tightened. That will work just fine. |
