We originally drilled a hole at that location to mount early homemade leashes there before Hobie helpfully changed the mold and made the leash kit. It should work fine.

My drive is solid where the diagram shows to attach the leash? Is it OK to remove that portion of plastic? Any structural issues? Thanks! |
