Thought it would be fun if people listed what add-on/improvements they have done to their kayaks - both custom and purchased. Here is the list for my Adventure: 1. Milk crate for additional storage and night running light. 2. Inflatable seat pad. 3. Harken blocks for sail lines including full sailing kit (sail, daggerboard and large rudder). 4. Loop of cord attached to front of yak for more secure storage of sail when stored in the paddle bungee. 5. Heavy duty polypropolene ice box. 6. Assorted dry bags. 7. Teva water shoes. 8. Detachable rod leashes. 9. Hobie heavy duty cart with inflatable tires. Would love to hear what others have to get some more ideas to get me through the southern winter ![]() Cheers Mark |

You must remember I just started kayaking others like Apalach will make my list seem short. |
