I guess I am not even a newbie yet. I am seriously looking at kayaks for fly fishing the saltwater. I had been thinking of the outback, now I am thinking of the revo 11. My build is 5'9" or 5'10" and 195lbs. I will be fishing in some waves but nothing too crazy. Also, I have no experience with a kayaks. There are no Hobie dealers on the saltwater close to my house. It would probably be an all day trip to drive to one of these dealers for a test ride. I appreciate all input. |

Where are you located? You might be able to post on a more local forum and test out a members kayak that is closer to you that a hobie dealer. |
