Bought 2010 the e-volve. Hobie Phills & NL advised(promised) me than that solar would be marketed in 2011. Is there anybody who can advise me what the status is?

Still in final testing. I have not heard an update recently, but after testing... we would need to order product, so this is months away still.

:?: maining that your stand in amsterdam/the netherdans were telling balony!! and that i (either) have to order my stuff with subject to e-volve solar-charger with Torqeedo, (or) have to wait till testing will start your end (which means that this could be for years to come).
Reason why i was asking this is that i wanted a clean and beautiful solution for powering the kayak in order to show this in an area where people are poluting and distroying natural envirements(philippines) and to show them that there are other ways to move their bangka(small boats which looks simelar to the adventure island).

Our engineers have been testing already. They have to integrate the solar cell to our version of the Torqeedo. Not really sure what the holdup is. I'm checking again.

Thanks a lot will wait for outcome so i can inform the guys properly when they are asking for it. Furthermore have a question, do you keep your folks in the Netherlands updated about this subject?? It seems that they do not know what the present status is and what is going on. Also in Australia and the Philippines, because I have been in discussion in the past wth these guys.
Regards Peter

We would inform them of availability... once it becomes available. We do not inform on engineering status. It is hard to communicate every issue to distributors and dealers.
