Post subject:  How to haul?

Hi,
Just got a Mirage Outback and tested it out today and I love it. But have a question. How do you haul the boat on your roof right side up or up side down? Thanks, Bullet
P.S. Hi everyone!

two adventures on a Rack and Roll trailer. It is hot!!! here in Redding in the summer and they are upside down. Sure are easy to load. Mike

Upside down, bow forward, 4 foot spread on the roof racks (easy to do on top of a cargo trailer, but not so easy on a vehicle) and a bow line... I figure that if I need a stern line to keep the boat on the racks, my airbags have deployed and I have more serious problems.

I haul my Outback upside down, bow forward, on Yakima racks with 36 inch rack pads. I use a bow line and a stern line, also use a strap around the front rack through the mirage drive well.

I carry my outback right side up with a Yakima Kayak Saddle up front and Hully roller in back. The roller makes it easy to get up & down.
My rod holders make it tougher to carry the other way.

We carry an OB and a Sport, topside down, on Yakima racks with pads. Easy to load with the Yakima loader bar. Very secure.
