On Sept 13, 06 I visited my local dealer and we looked over the crack in the drive area of my OUTBACK 04. I left with an assurance that my replacement hull would be delivered "in a few weeks". After placing a few calls to HOBIE and listening to their explanation of delivery time variations, I was assured that it would not take longer than 5 days to actually ship from the West coast to Long Island, NY. It is now just a day or two short of 1 month since the initiation of my concern, and still no replacement, and no word of when to expect one. "Delivery times vary", "It's out of my hands". said one rep from HOBIE. "Contact me in a week, and I will have more info for you" said another. Serial# CCMA 5226 GC04 (very difficult to read with scratches) Can I get a more exacting assessment of my claim from a rep from HOBIE? |
