Thin 'spot' on 2013 revo 13 hull

Post subject:  Thin 'spot' on 2013 revo 13 hull
Noticed a small 'spot' on the hull near the rudder assy that must be thinner than the surrounding material as I could see it clearly in the sunlight when looking through the rear hatch. About the size of a paper hole punch.

See pictures below, they were taken with a torch as the light source as the sun had gone down.........Should I be concerned ?
