Post subject:  plug in carts failure

I've had my outback for 4 years and just had the weld break on my second cart frame where the top horizontal bar is welded to the uprights.
I roll my kayak on it's side, plug the cart in and roll it back on the cart. Am I doing something wrong? :? :?

Some older carts had inferior welds. A welding shop can re-weld (stainless steel) easily.

Thank you Matt. I tried that on the first rack. When I arrived home I realized The welder didn't line up the parts- result- it wouldn't slide back in to my scupper holes. I paid for the weld and had to buy a new set of wheels.
Do you have a part number for the wheel rack alone? I don't need axle wheels or pad or other parts. Also Is there any guarantee I won't get an inferior weld a third time?
