I need to reattach the fiberglass drivewell brace that came loose in my old Outback.
I know I should sand the surfaces and clean with alcohol.

My question is what epoxy should I use that will bond with the fiberglass and the superlinear polyethylene that the Outback is made from?

ON EDIT:
This looks like the stuff.

Clean first, then abrade/scour (do not cut heavy, deep scratches). Never perform a solvent wipe/wash as the last step in the preparation.

Getting an epoxy to stick to the "plastic" that the OB is made from is then the problem. But several companies, including 3M, have some products that are designed to bond to these materials.
