Can anyone give me a year range of an Adventure based on a couple pictures? I know to look at serial number, but the boat isn't near me. The odd thing to me is the mirage drive attachment points. It looks like there's a rotating knob? I'm used to a lever style lock.

Yes, that was the original twist lock knob system for holding the drive in place. Click and Go came out in 2009.

Looks like my 06 Adventure. The hatches have been replaced with Twist and Sto (mine has the older double latch ones)

Would a V2 drive fit? If you have one, where would a fishfinder install? Rod holders like Scotty? Is this a good yak for fishing if the price is right and what pitfalls should I look for?

It has a Scotty flush mount and what appears to be a plug in front of it that may have been used for wires for fishfinder.

The new drive would fit, you just have to cut off the "alignment pins".

Question is why no drive included? May have been a warranty replaced hull or even stolen? If it was a warrantied hull (that someone kept) you might find damage to the front of the drive well / leak issue for that vintage.

Cam lock knobs also had some potential issues. The bolts thread into the hull and the columns of plastic sometimes cracked.

That's a good question. I was hoping to use one my V2's from my i14t, but I'm not going to modify it for a hull that may have a leak issue

An i14 drive does not have the alignment pins... no mod required for that one.
