Unlike many users, I use my Hobie Oasis for commuting - at least five days a week - in ocean water.
I live in British Columbia, on Protection Island - about a mile from Nanaimo (1.5km).
On my home side, I remove the Mirage Drive & pull my Oasis onto the dock - no barnacles
Recently, I had to replace two turbo fins - I thought to take a picture of the 2nd one -
I believe the damage is not from use, but from the sun.
I'd like to attach my photo, but can't see any way to do that - nor does trying to go to make bold text. This is too much like DOS ~~
