I bought a 2016 outback and had a hook 4 gps/fish finder installed by the dealer. The battery installation prevents me from using the liner in the front hatch. When I questioned with the installer looked confused. Is this standard? Is there no other place to install the battery and still accessibility of the battery without eliminating other accessories? |

The rear hatch is the other most convenient place. The Hobie battery holder drops right in and stays in place, still allowing the hatch to close and seal. |

I used the rear hatch too, very easy to get to while on land. |
