Now that summer is about to come to a close. What pants are you all wearing for pedaling? I usually go with my swimming trunks, etc but those super early Saturday morning trips are kinda cold for setting feet into the water. Wetsuits or wetsuit pants are fine for when I had only surfski, legs don't do much on them, but they are a bit uncomfortable for pedaling the drive for long periods of time and not that comfortable out of the water. Anyone? pics and links are appreciated too. Thanks.

Because you are always wet in a sit-on-top kayak and anything loose fitting leads to rub, I like these:

Has an abrasion-resistant neoprene seat panel that is suited to the stresses and strains of pedalling a kayak.

If you are pedalling then they need to be supportive otherwise you will get sore privates. plain wetsuits or neoprene shorts will have you regretting the decision if you dont wear something supportive under. If your legs are not covered be aware of the affects of the sun.

Dickies sell scrub pants . They have pockets in front draw string wasit . A little heavier than regular scrubs . I wear surf-boots . Saddles at start once feet dry while peddling , I put on the surf booties they keeps my feet warm . I have had several surgeries on my feet and they get cold now .
