Good day to all!!
Due to mast crash now I've my Island Tandem relaxing in the box...
I never use this kayak without sail or amas.

Any suggestion to use it for fishing?? Stability? Speed?

I prefer use the kayak for shoreline trolling or casting. Thank you :D

I would try it out with one ama and tramp so you can put your gear and have fun!

The TI in kayak mode is an excellent cruiser. Stand-up stable for casting, will cruise at 5.5 + MPH with Turbofins if you and your partner are reasonably fit and about 5 MPH solo (faster in the front seat, but built in rod holders for trolling are accessible from the rear seat. Works well either way). The fishing is up to you. Try it -- you'll be impressed! 8)

I used my AI in kayak mode a few times. Comparing it to an outback, it was at least as stable, and had a great glide for an sot.

Thank you so much to all!
In few days I try to go out for some good catch...
I 'm going on solo and maybe I put one ama on left side, more storage and stability for the sea.... hope to have reasonable speed around 4.5 mph.
