| Post subject: | Battery placement on a Outfitter with Watersnake T24 |
I’d like to put a Watersnake T24 trolling motor on my 2015 tandem Outfitter that has 3 8” round hatches. I can find lots of YouTube videos about how to install the motor but nothing about the battery. I can barely get a 35ah battery in one of the hatches Can anybody tell me what battery they used, how it performed, and where and how the secured it? |

I had an older outfitter with a VERY heavy series 29 battery sitting in the front of the rear storage well with 2 people which kept the back end submerged- no bueno. Solo the battery would ride in the front mirage well and nicely balance the whole rig. |
