Post subject:  2004 Hobie Classic
I just bought a 2004 Hobie Classic in excellent condition but the rudder control lines need to be replaced. The rudder seems to hang a little more to the right side, nothing looks bent on the rudder mount, and I'm just wondering if this is normal.
Also, there were a few parts that were in the cubbies that I couldn't figure out what they were. Well, I figured one was a speedometer, but the other one I still have no clue. Can anyone help.

Congratulations on your "Classic". That rudder usually hangs straight, but if it functions well, it's probably not a serious problem.

Pictures are "hosted". Here is a host I use: https://imgbb.com/ You can drag and drop the pic, load it, look for "embedded codes", select "BBCodes fully linked". Then copy and paste the code to your post. To see how it looks, click preview.

It doesn't look like any official part of your boat -- apparently some device left behind from a past owner. 8)

Funny thing is, the previous owner bought it new and he had no idea what it was....LOL
