Passport Sailing Rudder and Turbo Fins

Can the Passport be updated with a sailing rudder and turbo fins? If so, which part numbers will I need.

Thanks.

No large rudder is available. Turbo fins would be for the GT drive.

Novice here so please excuse the question, but what purpose would a sailing rudder serve on the Passport? I just picked up a new Passport and the keel and bottom are completely different than my Rev13. I saw a difference immediately when I change to a sailing rudder on my Rev however the shape of the Passport does not appear that a sailing rudder would make much of a difference. Just curious.

Maybe better handling under sail. More control under load.

My thinking was that the larger rudder would be useful when sailing.
