I have a 2014 Revolution 16 with Mirage drive. I broke my 3rd crank arm just tooling around this am. I was 2 miles from shore but I made it back. Hobie and the dealer have been accommodating and replaced the broken part each time. Last time I was told the crank were now heavier but it lasted one season just like the previous two. BTW I am 155 lbs, not The Hulk. I believe the part is under-built and replacing yet again with the same defective product will produce the same result. Does anyone know of a sturdier after-market solution? Thanks |

Hard to say if you actually got the newer thicker version... Show a photo of the end? So I can see wall thickness. |

I would like to but it says on this forum that images cannot be uploaded from a computer. Any tips? |

I was not able to accomplish the image upload. You are not making this easy for a non-nerd. |
