I wish to put some lettering and a graphic on my hull. I've purchased names, etc. for power boats before, but polyethylene is pretty slippery stuff. Will standard vinyl boat lettering stick to it and stay stuck? If not, what should I be looking for? Hobie has some sort of decal on the boats, so I know it's possible. Thanks. |

I installed these letters from Amazon on my Oasis 3 years ago for state registration. They show no signs of peeling or fading and the kayak sees heavy open ocean use. Only prep I did was cleaning the hull with 99% isopropyl alcohol. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001FTSA20 Peter |

Thanks to you both. We're incognito during the winter and I've been lazy. Actually it really just doesn't matter because we can't recruit new volunteers while the lake is closed. But spring is coming and I need to get some info on my boat before the lake opens again. So I guess it's time to buy some letters. |
