Hi all, first time poster here! So recently bought a used kona tandem and would like to set it up for fishing. It has a molded middle seat if 1 person is using it. The issue is the hull access hatch is only accessible to the rear seat of the front seat. Also, the most logical place for the crate with rodholders is at the back, with the rear bunji cords. I was thinking I would just sit in the back and put a cooler in the middle. Just curious as to how the kayak would ride with just my weight in the back. Anyone set up a kona tandem for fishing? if so, how did you go about it? |
