Ok, so the lower back support knob - i have turned it clock wise and it seems to work but its as tight as can go. How do i release or reset it? Then, the previous owners dog seemed to have gotten hold of both these plastic guides on either sides of the chair. I cant find the part number - can anyone help? Thanks |

Thanks Matt Vantage seat is new to me - bought everything used so never had any experience with the seat and its functionality. It might not be broken it may just be a case of me not knowing how to release the mechanism to reset it. Searched online but cant find the 865106 anywhere - at least where i have looked and the dealer i usually use for parts. |
