Hey Y'all
One of my favorite parts of this Hobie Board is being able to see some photos/videos of other areas I might not get to paddle/pedal anytime soon that other people have posted .
Here's a few I shot , from today, out on our local watering hole, Lake Natoma in Northern California.
Even though Mrs Kep stuffed her Turbo Fin's hard into a shallow spot and had to get out of the boat to get us unstuck , no damage was done to fins or Yak.

All and all a good trip out on a nice Spring day
.....................Enjoy

Hey kep,
Great trip and great pics--thanks for sharing! As an ole NoCal guy, it was great seeing some pics of an area that I had not been to before.

Beautiful scenery. I'm surprised you could even step foot on shore without stepping on some protected fungus or something.
It's pictures like those that make me miss home.

Hi Ya Shep
We did not see any fungus but there were a bunch of real fat duck turds parked here and there around the beach where we landed.
Last I heard they were not yet an "endangered feces" but I avoided stepping on them just in case..

Thanks for the great pix. We are fortunate to have Lake Natoma in our backyard. I gotta get back out there with my boys and see if we can catch some fish.

Very nice.

I spent a lot of time in Cal...North, South and Central...while going to college and while in the Navy. A lot of beauty in that state.

Thanks for the memories.

Nice Pic's Kepnutz. I have been to Lake Natoma a few times recently. I'll keep my eye out for you next time. If you see a couple of white Adventures, it is likely me and my wife.

I also enjoyed your Tomales Bay pics from last year and hope to get there this summer or fall.

Post subject:  E-bay

We went up to E-Bay on Sunday with our friends and their new red tandem.
We had good weather, light traffic, small crowds and did a nice little ten mile plus pedal from Baldwin Beach to E-Bay and back. My camera battery pack did not keep its charge so I only shot a few pictures of the boats on the beach before it krapped out :x
We did set a new little speed record for our tandem on a wake set from some afternoon boat traffic at a whopping 7.3mph G.P.S. even with the sidekicks on, so that was fun. We must have had the front half of the boat out of the water as Mrs Kep said her fins were in the air and so she said she just stopped pedaling. :o Heres a few of the boat pictures on the beach...all we could get that day anyways

:D Hey ya Roadie..
Yup that wake riding is a real blast...I like it most of anything I do when out in the water, it brings out my inner surfer  . We went out this "arvo" and put in 9 miles in 2.3 hours. The winds were 21mph and gusting to 30 plus  . I did not take any pictures or unfurl the sail, but the wind did allow for some small following wave pushies  We will go out tommorrow somewhere fun and take some pictures. Sorry to read about your knees hope they heal up real soon...

Thanks. It's already back to full operating capacity -- just made the comment to acknowledge the therapeutic effect of the Drive since there seemed to be a little 'joint' concern. 8)
