I'm considering buying a Wheeleez Beach Cart to move my Hobie Outback around. Does anyone know if I'll need the optional Wheeleez Rail Kit to stabilize the Outback? Also, is it possible to swap the wheels on this cart between the large grey beach wheels that come with it and the black foam-filled wheels (which I'm guessing would be better for using on hard surfaces)? I'd like to be able to switch the different wheels back and forth so I can use whatever wheels work best on the surface I'm pulling on. Thanks in advance. |

The axle is longer on the inflatable wheel cart. You could make a spacer for the narrower HD wheel though. From some PVC pipe. Yes the foam wheels are easier to pull on hard surfaces. Don't know what the "Stabilizer" is. Maybe the cradle? Not needed for an outback. |

I did just this, bought the Beach Cart knowing I'd replace the inflatable wheels with ones meant for hard surfaces. I bought 4 hard wheels from Harbor Freight for $8 each and some cylinder spacers from a hardware store, very happy with the mod ![]() |
