Will be building a storage cart for my 2016 revo 13. What pvc size should I be using? I figure a little flex on the pvc will be good to mold the hull. Pros, cons for this? or should I go with no flex on the pvc? |

On my trailer I have 3" sewer/drain pipe. This pipe has a thinner wall than schedule 40 PVC pipe which allows for a little more flex and is less rigid. IMO it's a better fit for transporting our Pro Angler and Outback kayaks. |

Is this DWV you are talking about? I will look into this. 3" seem a bit big for the revo. |

Not necessarily. DVW can still be schedule 40. If you look up D2720 sewer pipe Google should show you what I'm referring to. Home Depot and Lowe's both have it. If you look at it in the store and compare it to schedule 40 pipe it is much thinner wall. I've honestly never used schedule 40 so I don't know how the 2 compare to one another. I have always used the thinner wall pipe. Yeah 3" might be too big for the Revo since the hull is pretty much flat. I would think 2" would work fine. |

Ah, yes. I have seen these in the store. They are much thinner. Thanks Swfinatic! |

Anyone build one for a revo? What size PVC? There is a drain plug sticking out the hull under the seat area. Does this impact the revo from sitting on the PVC? I currently have it upside down but want a process to have the revo rigged and easy loading/unloading on/off the truck bed. Any insight appreciated. |

That is the venturi drain for the water under the seat. It allows it to drain out faster. If it has the newer seat (15+) the water is not much of an issue. Many have removed it to allow for easier storage on PVC pipe. |
