My 2018 Outback formed a crack near the area of the rear seat post. Hobie warranty will be sending me a new hull. This is why I buy their products, anyone can build and sell a product, unfortunately not everyone stands behind it. I am posting this because so many folks complain on forums, sometimes me too, and not enough say anything about how the company responds when things go wrong. Thanks Hobie for doing the right thing. |
