My local Hobie dealer was all sold out of the PA 12-360, so I hunted one down and bought it. Now, is it wrong for me to want to use my local merchant as my "dealer"; especially since my local merchant is also an authorized Service Center, and my distant seller has given me many reasons not to have much confidence in their "customer service'? Sincerely, Mike |

Certified Service Hobie dealers are required to service products sold outside their area. Dealers should take those opportunities to keep you as a customer for possible future sales. |

Thank You Matt for your quick response! Having recently scanned some of the Kayak forum threads, I must agree with several others in that you are foundational to this forum, and also, to the Hobie brand. It's very unusual to get direct help from a "Director", and it's speaks volumes towards your interest in providing good customer service. Again, thank you for your help, and I look forward to sharing more with you in the near future. Sincerely, Mike PS, now that I got my question answered, do I need to close out this thread? |
