How about letting us order some of the basics directly? I am still waiting for a T shirt stickers and a hat from my dealer. Who knows if they even put in the order. |

Hobie will not sell direct to the consumer, I know we have at least 1 of all the new things on order and most of them have not started to ship yet. |

I think Hobie is losing out on aftermarket business by not allowing their customer base to order online. Ordering online is just to easy. Last night I ordered fishing accessories for my kayak online. I would have liked to order the part Hobie sells to make the rear molded in rod holders functional as well but settled for making something myself instead. If I could have ordered those online I would have ordered it all from Hobie. If I order something through a dealer, can I call it in? Will it get shipped to my house or do I need to pick it up at the dealer? |

I don't know a dealer that will not ship parts, there are a few that also have online stores, everyhting may not be on there, just call your local dealer and give them part numbers, they should be able to ship it you as long as its in stock. |

Hi, Deckhand. You shouldn't have any problem ordering from a dealer. We're happy to take phone orders and ship virtually anywhere. I've sent parts to Tierra Del Fuego! Give your closest dealer a try, or feel free to contact us. We're in the Sacramento Area. Todd Craig Inland Sailing Company 916-859-3436 www.inland-sailing.com |
