What is best way to drill a hole thru the cassette plug to install watersnake TM? Should I spray in foam, and if so, how and when? |

The material used in the cassette plug is quite soft and I would use a hole saw of the correct diameter. The hole saw should be the type that also has a pilot drill for centering the hole exactly where you want it and to prevent wandering of the cutting blade. I would think that spraying/inserting expandable foam is done after you have a tube/shaft in the cassette. Make sure to use a closed cell foam that won't absorb water. |
