I am considering a Bixpy trolling motor to use when alone in my kayak fishing. I am thinking of installing it in the front slot and use the rudder to navigate and the 180 once I reach my destination. Seems like it will work but a bit concerned that this trolling motor might not be sufficient in current or wind. Has anyone done this or have any suggestions. A bit spendy but is a clean simple set up . Thanks |

Excellent idea! I like to peddle along with my Bixpy, makes the cruise easier, faster, and extends the life of the battery. |
