Post subject:  Handles for the Tandems

The tandems don't have any good places to grab for those "crazy driver" situations, when sailing, or other times when you feel like you may get tossed out of the boat. I found some Hobie "lift Handles" (pn # 71190001 or 71190) that seem to fill the bill and used 1/4 x 20 x 3/4" SS screws, washers (inside) and nyloc nuts. Hull access for mounting was no problem on the Oasis.

Here's what they look like:

You can adjust the screw spacing to customize how much the handle bows out.

As you can see, there are certain times when you just want something to hang on to!

BTW, I think they also make the boat go faster! 8)
