Hey RR and Crew, Another top-notch report and pics--thanks mucho! I've 4-wheeled and camped in the dry river bed of Salt Creek in Utah's Canyonlands N.P., but I don't guess there is any relationship between the two "Salts". Best, Dick |

Hey Ya Going Roadie..? Nice report on the Eye-One-Four. ![]() Mrs Kep is out on Holiday for three weeks visiting friends and family back east, so I went cycling and surfing labor day weekend instead. Hope to get back out on a yak trip again real soon. ....Have fun out there ................Kepnutz.... ![]() |

Hi Dick, I don't think there is any relationship. But the Lower Salt through Phoenix is bone-dry (except during flash floods). Kep, Nice photo! I didn't get a sail to play with, so no sailing. I did get to try one for the single i12s previously though and thought it did pretty darned well. As with the other Hobie tandems, I would expect slower performance due to the extra weight. Should be VERY stable though. ![]() |
