Local dealers are partially responsible for the kind of thing you're talking about, so you might have a chat with years. Something that may help in the future is our new area rep - she's hard core into fishing. Brian C |

Go to you LOCAL dealer and ask about Hobie's fishing team. it is new this year, your dealer received info on it at the dealer meeting and more in depth info in the 2008 program. I'll admit I've done little to nothing with it. This winter and spring I hope to have the time as well as willing qualified people to form a local/and regional team. I'm not sure the numbers are out there, yet, to form a national organization, like the Hobie Class for sailing. They are who organize events and promote racing in the sailing class. Is there a need for a Hobie Kayaking Organization? For those of you who do not know about the Hobie Class here is there site, http://www.hcana.hobieclass.com/ |

::::Sidebar:::: Hey Brad, Sorry about those kayaks coming your way having all those footprints all over them. But I had to get mine out of the truck. And I couldn't resist jumping up and down on yours a few times.
Just kidding. It was the yaks going to Baton Rouge that we had to climb on. Yours were further forward in the truck (though I would have marked the bags "Dog was here" if I'd seen them). But Lord do I hate being the 1st stop for full Hobie trucks. And we always are. Dog |

I am usually the 1st stop as well, I know what you mean. I hope you told the driver we need those yaks fast! Inflatables anyone? |

I'm so busy checking in parts and yaks, that I haven't had time to play with the ones we got. Maybe tomorrow. Watch your back when you go to lift them. Those boxes are flipping heavy. Brian C |

Yea I know this is our 2nd shipment of them I check them of as the guys carry them by. They look very very cool, I've been to busy to get one in the water as well! I am planing on fishing some up coming tournaments out of them to prove to everyone there not just a blow up toy |
