I know the 07 outback's hull went through a major change from '06 to '07, what, if any, are the differences between the '07 outback and the '08? |

one of the many dealers on this site will be able to tell you for sure, but as far as I know, there were no hull changes for 08 on the OB. You will get the upgraded drive (minor changes but good ones) and I think the yaks are packaged slightly different (08 comes with a gear bucket but 07 didn't etc). IMO, there really isn't a reason to get an 08 over an 07 if you can find an 07 (new or used) since you should be able to get a healthy price break on the 07. That is what I did with my recent 07 Adventure purchase. I saved about $400 getting a brand new 07 instead of the 08. |

As noted, there were some major changes between the 2006 and 2007 OB hulls, but nothing major between 2007 and 2008 so far as I know. Here is some info concerning the re-designed 2007 (and presumably the 2008) Outbacks. http://www.hobiecat.com/community/viewt ... 007+++2006 |
