The Getaway is an awesome family boat. I've owned 2 Hobie 17s and now the Getaway. The front tramp is great for kids to hang out on, wings are comfortable seating or backrests, very high volume hulls to carry bunches of people, easy and quick setup. Still performs respectably and has trapeze and spinnaker options. |
