Does anyone know if the T2 has a Portsmouth rating? And if so, what is the that #?

I looked and couldn't find one. If you are wanting to enter a race and they won't let you enter without a rating, suggest to them that you use a boat with similar weight and sail area--but offer to take an additional penalty. You REALLY don't want to win if you want to be able to race again in that venue. Racing and ratings are all politics (sorry, some bad history there).

Portsmouth rating are something that is part of USSailing - you'll want to reach out to them - perhaps they can assign a provisional number.

Our club has assigned the T2 a DPN of 77 across the board, no accounting for wind range differences.

We don't have any Wave's racing with us so have not bothered to do the math.
