I am contemplating moving from my Wave to a T2 that has become available. I am sure I know the answer, but any input is appreciated. I am able to launch into the water and remove my Wave from the water from the boat ramp on my own with my beach wheels. I am thinking if I go with the T2, I will need to launch into the water and retrieve from the water with the trailer (and truck) as it seems the T2 is considerably heavier. I would prefer to use the beach wheels but will await your response if anyone has experience with this. Thanks, in advance, for your help Take Care Joey P |

By yourself, it will be a little tough and if the ramp has an incline? Here's an solution we came up with to get 5-8 boats across the sand dunes after a long day of sailing on Lake Erie. 24v power-trax using a lawn mower rear end and electric scooter parts. You don't have to use both crossbars to support the boat one will work. I haven't used it for the for this boat yet (our beach is under water.) but 16's and 18's are no problem. Jump 40 sec into this video in my driveway. Don't know if this will help you but it's an idea. |

Two strong adults can move my T2 around on beach wheels including up a moderate incline. I once tried a really steep incline with my wife and almost gave myself a hernia however. |

Thanks Mistro. Hate that you (almost) hurt yourself, but perhaps you saved me from the same fate ![]() Take Care Joey |
