just a little heads up for all you H18 junkies...I will be putting two 18's in the Sacramento Craigslist here in about two weeks. one, will be a friend of mine's boat, and the other will be my baby. in the listings i will include full complete pictures of both.

his boat is an 84' i do believe, white, two tramps, one used more than the other, good solid boat, good solid trailer with locking aluminum storage boxes and a nice set of decent sails. it is ready to roll and sail. $1100.

my boat is a 78' with magnum wings(drink holders on all four inside corners of wings! My Baby has always been meticulously cared for, glossy blue hulls with hobie cover on boat right now for winter storage, NO soft spots, new hobie brand white vinyl tramp, newer style updated rudder castings, rudders and daggers in excellent shape, all aluminum mast, 1 season on brand new dacron jib and mylar square top main, an extra set of class legal beautiful hobie sails in good shape, new harken 8:1 ratcheting carbo mainsheet system, telo cat wind vein, harken 5:1 downhaul system, all new lines including main halyard and main sheets, rolling furler jib, 6" ports with ditty bag storage. trailer is galvenized with bigger wheels and tires, modified for single person mast stepping with stepping pully and winch, has fiberglass catbox with room to store everything! everything here is 100% sound, registered and ready to rock! $3600

Oh, and i will have a complete 73' Panthercraft 20' Tornado with hydraulic tilting trailer for sale as well. :D

Don't sell your 18! Sail it!

Sounds like a good deal. I hope there is buyer out there ready to keep them on the water.

Good Luck

Would be interested to know how you have mounted the drink holders in your Magnum wings? Any pictures or a good description?

Thanks in advance,

Thundley

Hi Wes,
A sweet setup you have. In the event you're not able to get your asking price though you might consider selling some of your excellent parts (e.g. sails) apart from the boat. I personally would be interested in your sails, your manisheet system, and downhaul. I'd email you but your email isn't listed and PMing seems to be disabled on this board. My email is reidhester at lobo dot net. Thanks.
