I know about the information for Git Rot ,ect. for fixing problem in the FAQ section. My situation is that I can't see into area if delamination, it's behind dagger board area. The total area is about 38 in x 8 in. between dagger board and rear cross member. My question is how deep do you drill, you can't see into area, And I don't want to go to deep? Also, will 16 oz. size of Git Rot be enough? Some delamination is into rough textured area, should I drill into that as well, my concern was that it would be hard to tape off breather holes when full? Thanks for any help.

You drill through the outer skin and then back way off on the pressure to pierce the foam... then stop as the bit touches the inner glass layer.

Hard to say if one bottle will do it. If you squeeze the material in too hard it simply forces the layers apart and uses more epoxy. Go slow.

You could make little toothpick plugs for the holes for quick plugging during the job. If using tape, you have to have the surface clean of resin. Once squirting out the hole it gets messy. Have some acetone available to clean then tape.
